Roles

our roles have not been comfirmed as off yet

intial ideas

the image above is a spider diagram that was made on a website called bubbl to illustrate my initial ideas in a visual way. each section has been broken off looking at the various different aspects that need to be taken into account when brainstorming and finally creating our music video.

when we brainstormed we where very careful in taking into account how much equipment we would need depending on the style of hip-hop and the artist material that we would be using for example some artists have a very glamourous approach to there material while others adopt a very stripped back approach which instead of focusing on huge glitzy visual stimulation relies on driving home the strong message created through the lyrical content.

through looking at my brainstorm the equipment that where using reflects the more stripped back approach to hip- hop using only the nessacesary elements to create the hip-hop image.

record label reasearch

BAD BOY RECORDS( formally bad boy entertainment)

Bad boy records is a hip hop, rap and R'n'B record label that was founded by Sean Combs in 1993 who is himself a rapper as well as a producer and entrepreneur. the label is now a subsidiary or Warner records and is distributed by Atlantic records.

The record label improved by 2005 many years after the deaths of tupac shakur and the notorious B.I.G who's deaths came about thanks in part to a row between bad Boy records and the death row record label based in Los-Angeles. The label has just signed Cassie and yung- joc.
